During the episode, Jason Kelce prompted Clark, 22, to share her thoughts on attending Swift’s September 2024 shows at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indiana. Clark was effusive in her praise, calling the experience “electric.”
“It was great,” the Indiana Fever guard said, smiling. “It’s just a great show and a lot of fun.”
As Clark detailed her experiences, Travis, 35, beamed with pride, clearly thrilled to hear someone rave about his girlfriend’s legendary performances. He nodded in agreement as Clark described Swift’s concerts as nothing short of magical.
Clark revealed she attended two of Swift’s three Indianapolis shows, bringing her mom and cousins along for one of the nights. “My mom was begging me to take her,” Clark laughed. “‘She’s like, ‘I gotta go, like, everybody’s talking about it.’ I’m like, ‘OK, OK.’”
The WNBA star admitted that the experience turned both her and her mom into full-fledged Swifties. “So, good time, good time,” she added with a grin.

A Longtime Swiftie
Clark’s love for the Eras Tour didn’t start in Indiana. She first attended Swift’s show at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis in June 2023 with her college friends. “That was a lot of fun,” she recalled. “Went with some of my college friends, and we had a good time together. I don’t know how you couldn’t have a good time at something like that.”
Living just down the street from Lucas Oil Stadium, Clark admitted she tried to catch snippets of the music from her balcony on the one night she didn’t attend Swift’s Indianapolis performances. “I was like, maybe if I listen hard enough, I can hear it,” she joked.
A Special Connection
Clark’s admiration for Swift reached new heights during the Indianapolis shows, where she had the chance to meet both Travis and Taylor’s mother, Andrea Swift, in a private suite. Following the concerts, Taylor gifted Clark four bags of Eras Tour merchandise along with a personalized note praising the basketball star as “inspiring.”
In the note, Taylor expressed excitement about attending one of Clark’s games with Travis and even invited the basketball phenom to join them at a Kansas City Chiefs game.
Travis Kelce on Meeting Caitlin Clark
Travis Kelce had previously shared his thoughts about meeting Clark on an earlier episode of New Heights, calling her “awesome” and a true Midwesterner at heart. “That thing was rockin’, absolutely rockin’,” Travis said of the Indiana Eras Tour shows. “Saw Caitlin Clark out there, got to meet Caitlin. She loves being out there in Indianapolis, says it’s a fun city, and we’re both just true Midwesterners to the heart.”
He also noted Clark’s enthusiasm during the concert. “She’s a Swiftie through and through,” Travis said, adding that the Rookie of the Year was fully immersed in the show. “She was dancing and into the show, for sure.”

Clark embraced the full Swiftie experience, sharing photos of herself adorned with friendship bracelets on her social media. She was even spotted swapping bracelets with other fans, a cherished tradition among Swifties attending the Eras Tour.
Ahead of the Indianapolis shows, Clark had shared her excitement on X (formerly Twitter), writing that she was “fired up” for the concerts.
