The 2024 season is in the rearview mirror and the preparation for 2025 is underway. Unfortunately, for many players, this means being forced to find a new team due to salary cuts.

To fully maximize their cap space, clubs will cut ties with unwieldy contracts in order to use that money elsewhere. For some players, this means hitting free agency earlier than anticipated.

A few notable cuts have already happened. Aaron Rodgers was ousted from the Jets, veteran pass-rusher Preston Smith was released by the Steelers and the Dolphins released running back Raheem Mostert.

Plenty of other names are likely to hit the market in the coming weeks, making for an interesting market of free agents this offseason.

Here is a team-by-team look at the latest releases ahead of the beginning of free agency on March 13.
